Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA) is a mild anionic surfactant. It is used in shampoos, cleansers, bath bombs, and much more. It is known as a commonly used alternative to Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). It provides emulsification, wetting, and foaming . When compared to ethoxylated alcohol sulfates, it is considered milder to the skin, making it a great for formulas for even sensitive skin types.

Coarse is just slightly bigger particle size than the ultra-fine airborne SLSA that hangs in the air like smoke and comes down on everything. NOTE: IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE GROUND
